Brand new Drop In Service!
As well as ongoing weekly counselling sessions, we now also offer Drop In support sessions. This is a chance for you to talk to one of our counsellors online, without having to commit yourself to a series of weekly sessions.
WEDNESDAYS from 5pm -7pm starting 22nd April
It doesn’t matter if you’re new to the service, having ongoing counselling, or your sessions with us have recently ended – whatever your situation, our aim is to try and help and you are welcome to attend the drop in for a brief chat with one of our counselling team.
How do I attend?
Whenever there is a Drop In is running, you will be able to see information about it on our homepage.
If you don't already have an online account, you’ll need to register first and provide us with some details about yourself. Once the drop in is live, you will then be placed in a queue to talk to one of our team for a short session. Keep an eye on the homepage as you will be placed in a queue so that when a counsellor is available they will get in touch with you and you will be able to start your chat.
If you already have an account, simply log in when the Drop In is open and click on the ‘Register for the Drop In’ button on the homepage.
Whatever's on your mind. If you want to rant or vent or to get something off your chest, or you're feeling over-whelmed, lost or alone, whatever, we'll listen and help as best we can, supporting you to find ways to cope with whatever is going on for you at the moment.
